Refund policy

At ALLURE NICHE, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, returns and refunds are strictly limited to specific conditions.


1. Eligibility for Return / Refund

Returns and refunds are ONLY applicable if:

  • We sent the wrong size.

  • We sent the wrong product.

  • The product received is defective or damaged.

To be eligible:

  • The request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

  • An unboxing video is required as proof for defective/wrong product claims.


2. Non-Eligible Cases

Returns/refunds will NOT be accepted if:

  • Customer ordered the wrong size.

  • Customer changed their mind.

  • Product has been used, washed, or damaged after delivery.


3. Size Exchange Policy

If a customer orders the wrong size and wants an exchange:

  • Exchange is subject to stock availability.

  • Customer must pay both return and re-shipping charges.

  • Product must be unused and in original condition.


4. Refund Process

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
